Stibbe is one of the top 5 law firms based in Amsterdam (The Netherlands), has over 300 contributing lawyers (fee earners) and has branches abroad. Within Stibbe, approximately 500 model documents are automated for the notary office with the Berkeley Publisher and 300 model contracts for the Law Firm. The automated model documents also integrate with various other systems such as the Chamber of Commerce, the MPRD (Municipal Personal Records Database) and CRM systems. The model contracts have been transposed into the Berkeley Publisher decision tree software. In addition, the generated contracts are automatically saved in a Document Management System. In order to be able to handle the maintenance of the contracts, Stibbe uses a library in which parts of the Berkeley Publisher models can be managed centrally, with changes being made directly to multiple contracts.
